Used Dean for the first time today and I can’t say enough about this wonderful service. The house, fence and driveway look brand new. The price is more than reasonable and Dean himself is a really nice and personable guy, very knowledgeable and even gave us tips to keep up the look between services. Highly recommend!!!!

Dean started pressure washing for us almost 20 years ago. We moved away from NC for 9 years and were SO happy when we moved back that his business is still going strong! Three houses he has detailed for us in Wilmington. There is no one better we have ever hired anywhere we have lived that does what he does. His equipment is state of the art. Dean was absolutely fantastic! Our house had quite a bit of mildew buildup because we weren't able to get it cleaned until our roof was repaired. Now, it is spotless!
Online scheduling was super convenient. We were able to get scheduled 2 weeks earlier than I expected which actually saved me from having to battle with our HOA.
Dean was incredibly friendly and professional and we'll absolutely continue using him in the future.

Deans quality of performance is outstanding. Before Dean, my wife and I tested many who pressure wash homes, but their quality of work, and the product used to wash the home, was horrible. Dean is an honest man, and a hard worker. He will perform for you. He goes out of his way to connect with the customer, which is good business. He is also on time to the work site. Dean is flexible and his work is of the utmost. Since my wife and I found Dean, we have never been disappointed. Lastly, he always looks out for, and takes care of, his customers. Believe me, you will never be disappointed.

Dean visited my residence in Emerald Isle and gave me an estimate that I thought to be very reasonable. During the estimate he points out his approach with low pressure vs high pressure and why. I approved his estimates and arranged a time. He was very punctual and his work performance was exceptional. He personally performs the work with his assistant and the results were beyond my expectation. House, driveway and decks -he also is very attentive to detail and does the extras to make the final job superb. Highly recommend him. A hard working team of professionals.
